I work with women — those juggling work, school, relationships, motherhood and more — who are ready to get curious about what’s holding them back so they can get clear about what they want and need. I’m here to support them as they build the courage to live more authentic, connected, joyful lives.

Being a woman in any stage of life comes with a laundry list of expectations. Maybe you’ve been feeling especially anxious lately, and your tendency to overthink things has been making everything harder. Or maybe you’ve experienced a major life change, and now you’re left feeling like you don’t know who you are anymore.

The approach I take is personalized to each individual I work with — I view our work together as a partnership. We’ll get to know each other in our first sessions, and take a look at your goals and values to figure out how you can live a life more aligned with what you want and need.

I believe therapy should provide continual opportunities for growth and reflection. We will get curious and uncover what's been holding you back — whether that's the worrying, the self-doubt, always trying to fit in, or the painful past experiences that have shaped your mentality. We’ll work together to build up your strength and navigate the tough stuff life throws at you.

This might look like asking the right questions to expand your perspective and calling out themes or patterns that continue to show up, shining a light on the strengths and progress that you may not see, or encouraging you to challenge unhelpful beliefs about yourself.

Therapy can empower you with coping skills to put into practice when you are feeling triggered or stressed and help you develop a foundation of self-care. Throughout our time together, I will check in with you to see how you’re feeling about therapy and our work together, and we can evolve our goals as needed.
